DYNAFALL

Privacy Policy

Effective 19 July 2026 · last updated 19 July 2026 · applies to the DYNAFALL Android app (com.dynafallgames.dynafall) by DYNAFALL Games

The short version. DYNAFALL is an offline arcade game with no accounts, no chat, and no in-app purchases. The game itself sends nothing anywhere: your settings and best score live on your device. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects some device data to serve them, and offers an optional Google Play Games leaderboard run by Google. Details below.

1. Data the game itself stores

DYNAFALL keeps your settings (audio levels, dark mode, arcade mode, screen shake), your best score, and ad-pacing state in local storage on your device. The game's own code does not transmit this data off your device, and there is no DYNAFALL account or server.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

DYNAFALL shows banner ads on the title, pause, and results screens and an occasional full-screen ad after a run ends, using Google's Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). To serve and measure ads, Google automatically collects certain data, which per Google's current disclosure includes:

Google uses this data for advertising and marketing, analytics, fraud prevention, and security and compliance. This data is encrypted in transit (TLS). We — the developer — do not receive or store this data ourselves; it is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. You can learn how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. If you delete it, ads may still appear but are not personalized using that identifier.

3. Your ad privacy choices

Where required (for example in the EEA, UK, and certain US states), DYNAFALL shows Google's consent flow (User Messaging Platform) before ads are requested, and a PRIVACY POLICY button plus an AD CHOICES button appear in the pause-menu settings. AD CHOICES reopens the consent/privacy options form so you can change or withdraw your choices at any time. Ads are only requested after the consent framework allows it.

4. Optional Google Play Games leaderboard

The BOARD screen can connect to a global leaderboard run by Google Play Games Services. This is optional: if you don't sign in, your best score simply stays on your device. If you do sign in, Google Play Games authenticates you and supplies your player display name and avatar, and your score is submitted to Google's leaderboard servers. DYNAFALL never sees your email address or real name, and there is no custom name entry. Play Games data is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy and the Play Games terms.

5. Backup, restore, and deleting your data

Android's automatic device backup may include DYNAFALL's local data (settings and best score) in your device's Google backup, encrypted and managed by Android. That means:

We do not hold any copy of your data ourselves, so there is nothing for us to delete on a server; the controls above cover everything that exists.

6. Children

DYNAFALL is not directed at children under 13, and the store listing's target audience is 13 and older. The app contains no chat, no social features, and no user-generated content.

7. Changes to this policy

If the app's behavior changes (for example, new SDKs or features), this policy will be updated here first and the effective date revised. This page is the canonical copy, and the in-app PRIVACY POLICY button always opens it.
