1. The deal
DYNAFALL is a free arcade game supported by advertising. By installing or playing it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. There are no in-app purchases at launch, no accounts to create, and nothing to pay.
2. Advertising
The game shows ads served by Google AdMob. Ad availability is not guaranteed — networks, regions, and inventory vary — and gameplay never depends on watching an ad. Consent and privacy choices are described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Leaderboards and fair play
The optional global leaderboard runs on Google Play Games Services under Google's own terms. Scores submitted there should come from actually playing the game. Cheated, automated, exploited, or manipulated scores may be removed, and Google may act on accounts under its policies. Play hard, break boxes, don't break the board.
4. Availability
Offline gameplay is designed to work without any connection. Online components — ads, consent services, Play Games sign-in and leaderboards — depend on third-party services and your connectivity, and DYNAFALL Games does not guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. Features may change or be discontinued as the game evolves.
5. Ownership
DYNAFALL — including its code, artwork, box designs, sounds, music, name, and presentation — is the intellectual property of DYNAFALL Games. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play it; you don't get rights to copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from it. Google Play, Android, and Google Play Games are trademarks of Google LLC.
6. No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the same extent, DYNAFALL Games is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the game gains features (they will be revised here with a new effective date). Continuing to play after an update means the current terms apply.
